BEK Real Estate Advisors is a San Antonio based Real Estate Company specializing in Commercial, Land and Farm and Ranch Real Estate. We offer Brokerage, Investment and Advisory Services. We leverage our extensive experience, network, analyses, marketing knowledge and tools built over year to meet client's needs and maximize returns.
Brandon Kneupper, CCIM - Managing Broker/Owner
- Brandon Kneupper has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. He started his career in banking as an analyst and then Commercial Real Estate Banker for the remainder of his Banking Career. After 11 years in Banking Brandon successfully transitioned to Real Estate Brokerage and Investments.
- Education includes a BBA in Finance from Texas State University, a Masters of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from The University of Texas San Antonio, and a CCIM designation. Brandon is active in RECSA, CCIM and Realtors Land Institute.
- In his free time Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, working on his ranch, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
Diego Gomez - Associate Agent
- Diego Gomez has been in active in Commercial Real Estate for over 3 years focusing on Tenant Representation, Property Leasing, and Investment Sales & Acquisitions. Diego has completed approximately 50 lease transactions. Diego is bilingual in English and Spanish and has been instrumental in working with Spanish Speaking clients.
- Education includes a BBA in Real Estate Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently working on his CCIM designation.
